Invalid operation (S1019)

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to log into InCopy 2021 using a Windows 10 (64 bits) and I get this error message: "Login failed. Invalid operation (S1019)" (see below and attached). I used InCopy yesterday with no trouble at all. Please let me know if you can help me out with this error. Thanks so much in advance!

    All questions about license needs to do through Adobe support chat. Here a forum of users and nobody can help you with it. 

    Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
