Not a Valid InDesign Interchange Document

Both the designers and I have updated to 2023 InCopy and InDesign. And since then I've been unable to open the InCopy, icma, files. I'm getting this error message: Not a Valid InDesign Interchange Document. We are using a Dropbox online (not offline) workflow. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Skip the ICMA and try opening the INDD file in InCopy. Do your edits from there. There's really no reason for assignments in a small workgroup.

    We resolved the issue by making the folder availble offline. That did the trick. thanks
