Partage des contenus InCopy avec rédacteurs externes

Bonjour,

Notre maison d'édition travaille sur différents ouvrages techniques, avec plusieurs intervenants: le graphiste avec indesign, le chef d'édition et des rédacteurs externes avec incopy.

 

Nous aimerions éviter d'externaliser le stockage sur Dropbox ou Onedoc.

Une solution d'accès par VPN sur notre serveur NAS existant est-il possible et recommandé?

 

Quelles sont les meilleures solutions pour la synchronisation des fichiers, sans passer par l'assemblage et l'envoi par email aux rédacteurs?

No; it is not. You should assemble all of the project's assets in one folder and share that among your co-workers. Using OneDrive or Dropbox is the same workflow.

OneDrive is included with all Microsoft 365 accounts and Dropbox is not at all expensive. While you're free to try a VPN, I cannot personally recommend it. There are too many bottlenecks for my liking.

Est-ce que la fonction "assembler et envoyer par courrier électronique" est fiable?

Y a-t-il une limite de taille "en Mb" pour utiliser cette fonction?
