Hey! I'm having issues saving my Incopy Document as a pdf. I'm editing my copy and it saves correctly in InCopy, but when I export as pdf none of the edits show through?

    Hi, @caitlyn_4131 .

    That can be so frustrating!

    Try the following:

    1. Start a new InCopy document and type in some text.
    2. Save it.
    3. Quit InCopy.
    4. Re-open the ICML file.
    5. Make text changes.
    6. Save with CMD+S/CTRL+S.
    7. Export to PDF.

    Does that show your edits?

If so, try it again with the ICML you weren't previously getting changes from. If that fails, use File > Save Content As in InCopy to save a brand new copy of your ICML, and then follow the same steps as for the new document. Let us know if that helps at all.

If it doesn't, please also include:

    • Your InCopy version from the InCopy > About (Mac) or Help > About InCopy menu commands.
    • The provenance of the InCopy document, e.g. did you create it from scratch in InCopy? Did someone else? Is it an export or assignment from InDesign? And son.
    • A screenshot of your Export to PDF dialog when exporting from InCopy.
