Slow service and bugs

Hello,
My company has been using InCopy for a year now, but we are experiencing many issues that we are unable to rectify. Although the 30+ users are located in different countries we share the same server and this makes everything very slow. Affectations take a long time to extract or archive. We tried to put everything in Microsoft SharePoint but this created bugs and affectations were left open by the last user (despite the fact that this person was no longer in them and had archived them). Do you have a solution to make everything go faster? Do you offer a proper online server other than dropbox (which our IS department does not allow) that doesn't have this kind of bug? thank you
