synchronising issue Dropbox

Hi there, I work in Dropbox as on of two editors and with one designer. Everything went fine until 27 December. Since then, all my ICML files are still changed when I check out, but these are no longer synchronized with the ICMA-files. This went automatically before 28 December. The others don't see my changes now (oddly, if I open the ICMA files, I do). The other editor has no issues. How can we get everything synchronized again? Thanks!

My best advice with a group this small is to stop using ICMA and just open the InDesign files using InCopy. As for Dropbox, make sure everyone has disabled any smart sync features that keep files in the cloud only and download them on demand.
