Text macros in Norwegian InDesign

The Norwegian help menu (Hjelp for InCopy | Bruke tekstmakroer ), which is a translation of the English (https://helpx.adobe.com/incopy/using/using-text-macros.html​), states that Text macros are found under "Windows -> Text Macros" (in Norwegian: Vindu -> Tekstmakro). But I can't find that option in my InDesign (version 13.1 x64). Is it something I should have installed, or is there any other way to ccess the Text Macros?

Text macros are not available in InDesign; only InCopy.
