Tracking Changes Problem

When viewing tracked changes, I am seeing all changes, regardless of who made them, in the same color. At first I thought that other readers hadn't set their own unique colors, but when I asked the team abotu it, one team member showed me what she is seeing, and she is seeing different colors for each team member. How can I set my screen to view the different colors like she is seeing?

    Restore all preferences and default settings

    Do one of the following:
     

    • (Windows) Start InCopy, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete the preference files.

    • (Mac OS) While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InCopy. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete the preference files.

    This didn't help. All changes are still the same color regardless who made them.

    Ok, what about if you enable/disable this checkbox?:
