Is there anyway to take an InCopy file and make it into a pdf file?  I need to email this book to an editor but he is unable to access InCopy.  How can I do this without having to rewrite the entire thing?

Please help!

As Bob said, use File > Export and choose PDF. You can make a PDF of the layout, Galley, or Story. For the latter two, you can choose which stories are included in the PDF.

Or in any view, click inside a story with the Type tool, choose File > Export, and there choose RTF (Rich Text Format). That will export an editable RTF file that the editor could open in Word and edit, should that be necessary. You can replace your current story with the returned RTF file by checking out the story in InCopy, deleting the text, and Placing the RTF file in its place.
