Unable to open ICMT type files.

Hi, 

I am unable to open file type with the extension ICMT in InCopy 2023. It gives me the error "Cannot open the file. Adobe InCopy may not support the file format, or the plug-in that supports the file format may be missing". The user manual suggests that InCopy supports ICMT file types. Please advise. Kind regards,

    Are you sure it's an InCopy template? Where did the file come from and where are you trying to open it from?

    Is it in a cloud storage folder? If so, make sure it's fully synced to your harddrive.

    Hi,

    Yes, it is an Incopy template for sure. It is a design file with numerous parameters. To avoid the cloud storage issue, I added the file to my local storage. It doesn't seem to work.
