Updating Content in InCopy

When using InCopy version 20.0.1, my team is having trouble with content updating from an .indd file. We open them with InCopy to do our text editing. We have to go through each text box that has been updated and update them individually. Is there a way to update all content at once? We have tried closing the book and the program and reopening.

That does streamline the process. Is there a way to update all content with one click? Is it a matter of selecting all assignments?

When you open the INDD file in InDesign you'll be prompted to update it or you can do so from the Assignments panel.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
