User color will not change

Hello,

I am currently working with a user at our company who is attempting to set the user color from "Forest" to "Fiesta" by going to File->User...

 

The problem is the new and old notes she has made on Incopy files we have saved to dropbox refuse to change to the Fiesta color and instead are all still Forest color for herself and anyone else who views the files.

I have also checked under Edit->Preferences->Notes and the note color is set to [User Color], we also uninstalled and reinstalled the InCopy and the CC suite to see if it would help.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try to save your publication to hard drive, do a package and then change your user color and only then download to dropbox. 

 

Clouds is an evil (and I don't hear anybody who's not like this words).

 

Why you not setup some VPN-LAN-to-LAN?
