Why the headers in InCopy appears unavailable?

Some of the headers are unavailable to me when I open it InCopy. In the sceenshot “TUNISIA’S LAND AND REGIONS”

Just following up to check whether you're still experiencing the issue with the heading in InCopy. Were you able to resolve it after checking the suggestions shared by the experts regarding the assignment status, overset text, and missing font?

By unavailable, what do you mean? That looks like the font is missing.

It also is not assigned to the OP, I see no ‘IC pencil’ icon like on the other frames

I believe the OP is referring to the heading on the right side of the page toward the bottom, not the title.
