100Mbps Pipe with FMS

Hello, I'm currently developing live broadcasting with chat application with FMS and FME.
And I will have 100Mbps full pipe with a brand new Dell edge server and I came up with one question.
I will allow users to see the video at 500Kbps for each user.
And my server's pipe is 100Mbps.
Let's say that the server handles 1000 users at same time, then do I need 500Mbps of pipe?
Is this right calculation or it can handles more than 200 users with 100Mbps (Provide 500Kbps each user)?

Please someone advise.
Thank you.

FMS does not use multicast, so any user uses dedicated bandwidth. 1000 users at 500Kbit/s consume 500Mbit/s of bandwidth.
