24/7 streaming stops periodically

We have a 24/7 stream that plays. Periodically which is usually after about a week the stream will get stuck and it will just repeat the last 30 seconds of so of video. The only way to fix it is to stop the encoder and clear the files out of livepkgr folder and start the encoder again.

Any insight on what is happening here?

BTW i DO NOT have the DVR function turned on.

    It's been understood that it's a core process rollover. There's nothing you can really do about, it's an old issue and I'm not even sure where I could send you to resolve the problem at all. If you search around for "core rollover adobe media server" then you'll likely find some information that will be related to what you are seeing.
