adobe flash player settings local storage popup

How do I get rid of a rectangular popup that often appears when I am trying to view a video.

It Adobe Flash Player Settings, Local Storage and requires that I accept more storage for something like "lauchnews.com" and offers a Confirm or Deny button.  Sometimes it goes away if I click Deny, but often it does not.

I have Windows 7, using the IE browser.

How do I get rid of this pop up?  Thank you.
