ADOBE HDS Settings using Elemental Encoder

Hi guys and girls.

I am currently setting up a Elemental Encoder to send Adobe HDS stream to AMS5. I am having a VERY hard time figuring out what information i need to put into the encoder. I am able to send a regular RTMP stream to the AMS successfully. But I need to setup multi bit rate encoding. I am not an expert so any help here would be helpful. I have included a screenshot.

What I am most curious about is what am i suppose to place in the destination field and the HTTP push field? (Basic PUT, PrimeTime,WEBDAV)

I have exhausted my search for help with this.
