Adobe Media Rights Server - hosted services?

Sorry that this is not a technical question but we've been looking at the media rights server and was wondering if like the flash media server, there are some companies out there that have implemented the rights server as a hosted service?

    I would also be interested as well. Note to Adobe: Why not offer the service yourself directly to the end user? When talking about selling EST (electronic sell through), hosted services can come and go. we'd be glad to pay you on a per license basis issued. and we could sleep well at night knowing our license server is not sitting in someone's apartment...
