Adobe media server is slow

I have an issue with a new install of media server version 5.0.9 running on Windows 2008 R2. When I open the admin console using HTTPS, page opens fast no issues, when I open the same page via HTTP, page waits for 30 seconds before displaying the data. This issue is happening on all pages whether accessed remotely or from the server.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
