adobe media server not listed in list of administrative tools/services in windows 7

I am having trouble installing CC. Msg says Trying to Connect to Server, but it just sits there. Looked online for solution, Said to go to Adobe Media Server (as per my question) to see if is Started, but it isnt even in the list of Adminstrative Tools/Services. How can I get it?
