Does Media Server has  a way to  add only certain users to view a stream?

Yes you will have to write our opwn access or auth plugin for it...A sample access and a sample auth plugin(which of course you will have to tweak/modify, compile and drop in to your AMS installation) is provided with standard AMS  installation in <install_root>/samples/plugins.
