The prices on the Amazon AMI pages are the actual prices you would be paying when using AMS.

Adobe Media Server 5 on Amazon Web Services - Pricing

The discrepancy you note is because we have a request in queue with Amazon team to make a few edits to the prices. This should be rectified soon.
