I think we will quite a lot of information from your end in order to figure out what is going wrong. So here are my list of questions which you can answer which would help us to proceed to figure out the cause of the problem you are seeing.

Before you get to question , first and foremost thing i want to ask , how are you concluding that play is stopping, by visual inspection or do you get Play.Stop message.

    1. Which OS are you using, is it Windows or Red Hat Linux.

    2. What are codecs used - let me know both Video as well as Audio Codec.

    3. Which build of 3.5 are you using, if you are not using 3.5.3 can you upgrade your build to it and see if you still see the issue.

    4. Do you see this issue with just one file or all large videos.

    5. I suppose its VOD file, but can you confirm its VOD and not DVR or Live.

    6. You say after 70 minutes, how big is the file in terms of minutes.

    7. What client are you using, which flash player version do you have?

    8. Can you check access.00.log when play stops, what do you see there?

I know its big list of questions but more details we have, we can nail down faster.

Looking at your logs it looks like play lasts only for 2 seconds first time and then play actually never starts. I really don't know how it plays for 70 minutes then. But first of all , how are you able to play .f4v file in flash player - that's not possible. Please re-check your player version
