Allow users to Embed my video

Im funning FMS and streaming about 300 videos from my site.

I want to add a [EMBED] script so visitors who like a particular video can copy and paste the link onto their site
I can seem to even figure out where to start.

Any help will be appriciated.

    I haven't ever embedded a Flash Video before. But it doesn't seem to tricky. A simple googling of the following keywords came up with a few cited examples.
