Amazon E2 AMI RTMFP connection limit?

Are the RTMFP connection limits for the FMS AMI hard limits?  What will happen when the limit is reached, will the server just refuse new rtmfp connections?

    Yes all connection limits in FMS including RTMFP limits on FMS AMI are hard and as you guessed when the limit is reached server would refuse new rtmfp connections.
