Amazon EC2 AMS Problem

Hi,

I use a Amazon EC2 AMS instance. The instance not work correctly.

The problem is: the service AMS is running, but at some undetermined time of the day, the services stop responding to the users.

AMS service never falls, PID does not change (if service is down, "Monit" restart the service and send notification). I review the log's, forums, etcs... but i not identify the problem!

Any suggestion or recomendation?

    Hi,

    When the server is unresponsive, kindly first check your access logs to see if the connection is actually reaching the AMS Server. If you see an entry there and still the server is not taking the action kindly check the other logs for clues as to what might be happening.

    You can find all logs under /mnt/logs.
