AMS 5 Standard capability/compatibility with Haivision

Is Adobe Media Server 5 Standard capable/compatible with streaming Haivision Kulabyte encoded streams to more than 10 connections? We installed it at Haivision's recommendation. After it working on an initial stream, it stopped working altogether after a reboot. Haivision reported that Adobe said it wouldn't work and that AMS 5 Pro would be necessary. Is this indeed the case? I would like to hear it from the original source that this is or is not true.
