AMS upgrade / Application no longer working

I upgraded the adobe flash media server 4.5 to Adobe Flash media server 5.0

which flashcoms (flashcoms.com) said that it was compatible with.

After trying to start product in administration console i am getting the

error message :

"Application (chat71_log_pro/) is not a valid signed application; loading

access denied."

I need to fix this problem as soon as possible,

or i am going to be forced to get a refund of this adobe

product.

    The error you are getting is the error one gets when he/she is using "Standard" Edition (earlier known as Streaming Edition). Can you confirm which Edition License you have? It would good if you can explicitly let me know which Edition license you had during 4.5 and what upgrade license you have got now.

    okay, i am now currently using FMS STREAM EDTN 4.5 ALP ESD WWE 4.5...

    It seems as if when i take the serial number out of fms.ini that the streaming

    starts working again in flashcoms chat and then when i put the serial back in

    the streaming no longer works.

    Is there something that i need to change in the conf files to get the streaming

    back again or should i just get a refund on the program?
