I received the following message in the application log.
(w)2651019 Dropping application (appInstance/4923) message. Clients not allowed to broadcast message.

Has anyone come across this message before? Does anyone know what the message means?

    An outgoing message from the application (appInstance/4923) did not have the correct privileges. If you look at the code, you can see what is triggering it.
