Applications:vod vs Webroot:vod

Hi!

I've just installed FMS free developer edition with the Apache http server on Windows Server 2008.


The documentation tell me to put my videos into the applications>vod folder OR webroot>vod folder. They both support the RTMP protocol.

Here the question (Probably a simple question to answer):

When I target a video (rtmp://myserver/vod/myvideo) where is FMS finding the file to stream? If I have similar videofiles in both folders does FMS use webroot>vod OR applications>vod????

    If you installed the included Apache server, I believe it defaults to webroot. When you install without the web server it will default to the applications folder.
