Assert failed in F4VContainerWithMoof.cpp line 4013

So I'm wondering what the assertion is. I've ran into a situation where AMS died, and I have a coredump for it, but I was seeing errors logged before it crashed. Can anyone provide some insight into what this might be?

Hi Jason,

Greetings from adobe.

Could you please provide us the following details in order to start investigation on this issue.

1) AMS version (32 bit or 64 bit)?

2) Operating system (32 bit or 64 bit)?

3) Are you using RTMP or HTTP protocol?

4) What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

5) When exactly are you getting this error and how much load server was getting at that time?

6) Any thing else you want to share with us we could use in our investigation.

Regards,

Thanks for the information Jason.

Debian is a non-supported OS which is not currently tested with any adobe media server version so it might work well. However I am afraid that I may not be able to offer any help on this issue since its a non supported OS.

I would recommend you to use a supported OS version and then see if it gives you the same error. here are the tech specs of AMS

Let me know if you need any help.
