hi .. I am automating FMS installation on linux(CentOS).. Can someone advice if I can install FMS in a non-interactive way. Generally, the terms/conditions accpting, keys, admin user, pass users we pass these values interactively, where the scripts stop and wait for user input .. Is there any way to do Install FMS non interactively.

Thanks

Karthik.

    Karthik,

What I would do in this situation is go ahead and install FMS on 1x server (A), get it all setup the way you want to, configured etc, then tar up /opt/adobe/fms and /etc/adobe and /etc/init.d/fms and you can extract that on any compatible-architecture'd server (B, C, .... Z) and it'll run just fine.
I'm simplifying a little, but that is the general principle. You wrap the above up in a nice script with some ssh keys from a control server and you have exactly what you're looking for. I use this method a lot.
    Enjoy!
