Automatically re-connecting people to FMS?

You know how if you shut down your computer while Skype is opened, you appear offline to your friends, and when you restart your computer, it automatically 'logs' you in and make you appear online.

Now let's say Skype is web-based using FMS, and you keep the browser opened and shut down your computer - what tools would be needed to make it so that when you re-open the computer, your session is automatically re-started?
