AWS with Flash Services activated

Hi

I have been using Flash services in AWS Cloudfront. While creating stack, i used to get parameters related to FMLE settings previously. Where as now am not getting that layout. Instead am getting a message as Parameters will be automatically set based on your AWS account. I still have activated my Services for Flash in my AWS. Can anyone help me please
