Best way to build an web-based voice record player

Could anyone please guide me on what technology to use to build a online voice recorded that would record a users voice using a flash player from a website and then the voice is saved on the server side. What would be the best way to build something like that.

Use Flash or Flex for the client side, and Flash Media Interactive Server on the server side.
