Best way to stream to html5, ios, & android??

Current situation: Our website sells audio files. Everything is currently in-house. Shoppers can listen to a 30 second demo of each product. We're serving these up from FLV files via RTMP from our FMS. These are streamed from our website with a Flash player.  We are setting up a new site to be mobile friendly. But we have no idea how to best proceed.

Need to know:  How can we can stream our FLV OR MP3 files to all platforms... html5, ios and android? We are willing to put them in another location or purchase a new streaming server/software.  We just have no idea!
