Buffering issues

i am running live streaming and i am faceing buffering afer every 2 minutes,

on encoder machine i have 8MB upload bandwidth and where FMS is installed i have 300MB bandwidth.

i think i have enough bandwidth on both machines.

Please guide me on this issue why i resolve the buffering.
