Can Adobe media server be installed in the same hard drive with OS?

‌Can Adobe media server 5.0 be installed in the same hard drive in which the operating system of Windows server 2012 R2 stays? My server is equiped with 4 sas3.0 disk drives in raid 10, 2 Intel processors of e5-2667 v3, and 128Gb RAM. Will this installation affect the speed of video streaming? Thanks.
