Can any one help me how to work with the FMG to connect SIP... I dont have any idea about that, what all the things needed to work for that and how should I start working with that?

A good point to start is FMGQuickStartGuide.pdf. Post installation of FMG, this file can be found in folder ${FMG_Install_directory}\doc\

Next, Source of sample telephony app SSAS & client app can be referenced along with legserviceAPI documentation.

Note: One of the prerequisite is to have some prior understanding about FMS server-side & client programming.
