Can Media Server broadcast ip cameras, if so, how many?

I have some IP cameras at different sites.

Does media server have the ability to connect to each camera, pull a h.264 stream of low bandwidth and broadcast it out to multiple users?

Is there a software limitation of how many concurrent streams it broadcasts?
