Can I buy FME for open streaming hosting service?

and Can I tell to customer used your FMLE connect to my FME service server?

    Actually did not get your question right.

    Did you mean buy FMS and start your own hosting server and ask your customer to publish to your hosted servers using FMLE? - if thats the thing you are asking for - you can do that provided FMS you are using is licensed FMS - either Streaming or Interactive Edition
