Can't play videos from internet.

I have been able to view the sample and personal videos from local host just fine. But I can't access them from other computers. I have tried to embed the sample player in a webpage but only get black screen. I used the port test, two on one page, and both came back with all passes. The link below is the testing file I have been trying to use. It works from local host but nowhere else. Any suggestions?
