can we Upgrade FMS 3.5.1 to 3.5.5

do we need to pay anything for Upgrading FMS 3.5.1 to 3.5.5 ?

if it is free then updating to latest available version possible or only to 3.5 series?

And also please provide me with the upgrading steps.. someone who already did this upgrading in realtime successfully help me with those real steps..

    Yes you can upgrade from FMS 3.5.1 to 3.5.5 for free. Updating to latest version for 4.0 , you would have to pay for the upgrade but anything in 3.5 series would be free.
