hello,

I bought FMS 3.5 and captivate 5. It is possible to export swf files from adobe cativate 5 to FMS ?

I make a try, to put my swf into the folder "application/vod/media" but FMS doesn't recognize them.

Is there a easy way to do it ? I''m a beginner in FMS...

Thanks a lot

Anthony

I think Captivate 5 allows you to export their movies to F4V format. So you can basically export it to F4V. Copy your F4V's to same location as you specified and then try them playing. FMS does not stream SWF's

    thanks for your answered.

Captivate 5 can export to f4s and it works very well but I have some interactive media like "push the button" etc... and I loss all interactivity in F4v.

Is there a way to protect these media from software like real player ??

My purpose is to play this media on a lms (free or not) but I want to protect them ? Is there a issue ? I bought FMS because an adobe commercial employee told me FMS can protect them.

    I'm desperate.

Yes there are various ways to protect your content. You can use SWF Verification to make sure that only valid clients can connect to your FMS and stream content. You should also use RTMPE so that you are using encrypted channel while streaming.
