Hello,
I have so far been using the logitech pro 400. I have recently tried the logitech quickcam ultra vision.
Welle the video is not as expected.
Can anyone please tell me which is the best camera . I need to have a rather good resolution with no bandwidth limits.
Thanks for your advice.

    Hello Fabio,
Thanks very musch indeed for your advice:
I have tried two webcams logitech pro 50000 and logitech quickcam ultra vision.
I am not quite pleased with the resolution because I want mainly to show a whiteboard for lectures.
I would be very interested buy a DVcam with a frame grabber, but I do not see what it stands for exactly. Can you please give me a reference for that item.
Can you tell me why my DV panasonic camera doesn't work .In, other words I cannot stream any live video.
Thanks again for your illustrated answer which I appreciated very much.

if you need high resolution and low frame rate, try using a "Creative Live Cam Voice". You can grab at 1280x960 with it.
To use a DVcam in Flash without a separate framegrabber you must set it to the maximum resolution that is 720x576 for a pal camera (I believe 720x480 for ntsc)

I have used a wide range of webcameras. I can suggest Philips 2UCam pro.
but if you want the best quality for videoconferenes, use a DVcam with a frame grabber.
Try a look at my blog.
