Close Caption options

Hi all,

I'm researching ways to include Close Caption text with our streaming videos. I found this tool Hi-Caption that seems easy to use but before investing in it I was wondering if there is another ''fairly easy'' way to add Close Caption to streaming videos. We have FMS2.
