Code for Sliding bar with FMS FLV

Hi all,

Fairly new to ActioniScript (2). I like the slider bar found below the video on this Adobe page http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaserver/.

I am using a video object (not the FLVPlayback) and I'm looking for code to create this kind of slider bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
