Configure AMS to get http vod input files

I would like to configure AMS in order to stream RTMP VOD contents that are located on another HTTP server.

Example:

Server Http AMS input Video Player (rtmp)

video -------------> video -----------> video

Can someone help me and explain me how I can configure AMS in order to have an HTTP input?

For RTMP, the best way to do it is to implement a File plug-in.

But are these plug-ins can work for Apache HTTP Server?
