Confused - which directory should contain the videos? applications/vod or webroot/vod

A little confused getting started with the FMS Interactive 4.5

In the documentation it says to turn off proxying to apache on port 8134 and use port 80 in order for http dynamic and http live streaming to work properly.

Since I changed Apache conf to use port 80 I assume my video root will be under webroot/vod, webroot/dvrcast_origin, etc, right?

I don't see the dvrcast_origin or livepkgr folders under the webroot though. Do I just need to copy them under webroot for it work properly?

dvrcast and livepkgr applications should go to the applications directory under the fms installation directory. They do not go under the webroot, as they are the applications to be loaded up by FMS and not directly to be used by Apache.

The apache document root would still point to the webroot folder under the fms installation. The webroot\vod folder would be used by BOTH FMS and Apache on FMS for the streaming purposes.

After a default FMS installation, the livepkgr application is mapped on Apache to fetch the fragment files.
