how can i connect a DB (i assume using a server sdside script like php and
so on)
from flash media server so that i can get data and make diffrent operatins
on users like blocking and so on

    Your can use loadVars (just like in client side AS), or you can use AMFPHP. You'll find some relevant AMFPHP/FMS examples at flash-db.com
